Chandi Nyasa Workshop

Explore the powerful ancient practice of Chandi Nyasa, a powerful tool using mantras and meditation. As the purifying and releasing vibrations of the mantra move through vital areas of the body, tremendous healing occurs at the heart, digestive organs and the reproductive systems. The body begins to restore its natural state of health and balance as the practice heals and cleanses the organs of toxins and stress that have been accumulated by physical or emotional trauma. The Chandi Nyasa also helps us develop a greater sensitivity to the subtler energies of our bodies.

Fri ~ 7:15-9:15pm * $20 opening night only
Sat ~ 1-6pm  * $90 (includes Fri evening)
Sun ~1-6pm  * $175 (whole weekend)
*Fri/Sat — suitable for all levels
*Sun— suitable those with some experience in yoga or other mind-
body/awareness practices
About the teacher: Amanda Ings has been teaching yoga since 2003,
leading classes and workshops across Alberta. She currently teaches
at Gaia Studio & Yoga Lounge in Canmore. Recently, she has
done much in-depth study with Parvathi Nanda Nath, from whom she
received the Chandi Nyasas last year. After experiencing their power
to “take yoga off the mat”, it is with much gratitude that she offers this
practice to you.
Bring water bottle, snack, meditation cushions/chairs, journal & pen, yoga mat
