At Gaia Studio, it doesn’t matter if you can’t touch your toes, our informative and accessible beginner series will introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga in a safe and supportive environment.

You will discover an increase in your flexibility, stamina and strength.

Learn how to breathe more deeply, resulting in a calm state of mind and a better night’s sleep. Improve your posture, gain a deeper understanding of yoga and feel more confident and alive in your body!
