Discover a yoga that supports your individual needs and encourages an injury-free practice. This 8-part series allows you to dive deep into your own body awareness.  Principles from kinesiology are applied  to yoga postures and infused with your own body wisdom for a refreshing, effective and often surprising practice. This wisdom and gentle teaching guidance  will enable you to practice yoga postures and movement confidently and safely with dramatic results.
This is a pre-registered series, as the teachings  flow most effectively from the first session to the last. Ideal for those who have never done yoga and want to get out of pain, as well  as accomplished yogis who feeling stuck in their yoga practice or have recurring pain.
